Location close enough to shop and the garden. Excellent service and large and incredible room with the jacuzzi.

Perfect service, perfect place. Clean rooms with coffee/tea making equipment, a sitting area, and a work desk, good beds. Magnificent views, amazing location right on the lake. Enjoyable base for exploring Kussnacht.

Everything was awesome, the parking was onsite, the room was amazing. Appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in the room. The staff were exceptional and outstandingly accommodating and the location was wonderful very close to the center.

This hotel had an amazing location right at the lake, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge cold continental buffet served in a terrace overlooking the lake. The staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated the parking available at this hotel.

Stayed here over Easter and had a great time. The lakefront location was stunning, and we enjoyed sunbathing and swimming in the private garden. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we appreciated the private parking. The nearby rail station was very convenient and allowed us to explore the surrounding areas easily.

While the location was fantastic, we found some aspects of the hotel lacking. The furnishings could use updating, and we experienced some issues with broken windows and noisy beds.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, situated in a quiet little village next to the lake. The smoking area outside is the perfect spot to relax with a view of the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed sunbathing by the lake and taking advantage of the private swimming area. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The dinner prices were quite high, which was a little disappointing.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel near Luzerne train station and had a nice view. Our room was spacious and we received a warm welcome when we checked in. The hotel had all the necessary facilities we needed and also provided a mini-library with a coffee machine which was great. the surrounding area was breathtaking with lots of opportunities for trekking and sightseeing.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel was quite isolated with very few options for dining. Although there was a restaurant opposite the hotel, it was expensive, and we had to compete for space with other customers at the snack bar nearby.

Absolutely amazing location, helpful staff, beautiful view, convenient for traveling by car, great breakfast buffet, private garden with sun loungers.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel by the lake. The location was perfect, with a private garden where we could relax on sun loungers and swim in the beautiful lake. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the parking facilities were excellent. The hotel was also conveniently located near a rail station, allowing us easy access to explore Lucerne and Zurich. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a Jacuzzi and a Nespresso Coffeemaker. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and the mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
